Our lives are a compilation of what we value.
If I were to put it into a photo album, what would it look like?
Family, nature, intentional spaces, altars, nature tables, meditations, celebrations, teaching, practice, creation, grace, friends, gardens, water, mountains, stories, play.
May’s full moon shines in Anuradha nakshatra within sidereal Scorpio, inviting us to take stock of what we value.
⚡︎ Where in your life are you devaluing yourself?
⚡︎ Where are you giving away your power through blame, indignation, or complaints?
⚡︎ How are judgments of purity holding you back?
⚡︎ Are you living out of alignment with your Truth?
⚡︎ What’s the deepest, hidden spark within your heart?
Look up, literally. See the life before you with the clarity of a flash of lightning.
Your life is your message, and it is aways reflecting back to you your wisdom and your light—the full spectrum.
Don’t worry if it doesn’t meet some conditioned version of perfect. It’s a spectrum, always changing, growing, in full bloom and fade, bloom and fade, flow and ebb, rebirth and death.
Anuradha means small flash of lightning and is known as the star of abundance and success. Symbolized by the lotus flower, rising up, untouched, from the murk and the dark. A reprieve of beauty all the more achingly beautiful for its marshy surroundings.
All it takes is one tiny spark to light up the dark and set universes into motion. We can’t know everything in our journeys. But we can learn to trust the flashes of insight and intuition, the signs and nudges from the Universe. We can learn to trust ourselves.
We’re not here to evade the dark, but to face it, embrace it, and shine.
What does success mean to you? What is true to you?
It doesn’t need to be grandiose by some external standards. It is simply a beautiful reflection of unique you. It simply is. The greatest grace there is unveiling itself to be perceived and appreciated.
You are enough. You are worthy. You have nothing to prove or do to make it so.
Every challenge on your path and in your life is here to help you grow.
Let go the tendency to dramatize. Instead look back and see the breadcrumb trail of love and support. Appreciate and value Love in the now. Look forward (the natural direction of the face), and trust the love and support that has always been and will ever be.
Meditate with these journal prompts, and take some time for yourself under the full moon to contemplate your relationship to you.
What brilliance is being reflected back to you right now?

Love,
